Thats not true,glo doesn't charge arbitrarily for data usage.I streamed a movie on netflix,i checked my data Balance and discovered they deducted just 412 mb,If it were mtn dem go drain my 2gb,even enter my airtime.#glorules.I love competition!

Nothing sweet pass 1k for 3GB... That was the ultimate balance between price and quantity.

i am not a Fan of Glo, don't even have a Sim, but I don't share your sentiment. Mtn didn't care when Glo reduced data cost, but the result was Mtn dropping on the internet provider chart, Mtn had to reduce data cost after NCC released it last report which shows Glo is controlling data market in Nigeria. glo had to reduce cost again cause lots of people ported to Mtn after the last review. even I may be porting soon too.

Feel free to port if you value quantity over quality.

I almost cried when I visited Osogbo and almost broke my sim when I couldn't get higher than 30kb/s( on a good day ).
Even where I live, Glo network is so poor that it will make you weep

We even lost signal for about 5 days last month.

I guess glo is fast where you are, that's why you're contemplating a switch.

This is bad news for Airtel and Etisalat. One of them will have to sell up if this dramatic price collapse continue. I fear for Airtel.
