This thing is very true. I remember when NEPA mistakenly cut us off for two weeks, my every waking moment was like this. After experiencing the ordeal I can't even wish it on my worst enemy.

But seriously, I know of some area that disconnect their wire from the pole by themselves. Waiting on NEPA to come back. When I asked why they did that. They replied that it will save them argument with NEPA officials anytime they bring the NEPA bill, and also from their wires been ceased.
