is there any nokia map that works with the c3? I know its nt gps enabled but i heard some new versions of nokia maps support w/lan useage for navigation which my phone supports. . But since its s/40 im not too sure,

c3 is a java fone as u already knw, so y border askin, this nokia map thread is solely fo .sisx devices (symbian)

@airomon, pls help out. I already have d 3.3mb & 5mb maps installd on my phone but anytime i search 4 a street : it tells me not found. Pls tell me what to do

WHAT YOU MUST NOTE ABOUT MAPS

SOME PHONES COME WITH AN INBUILT GPS SYSTEM WHILE SOME DONT, IF YOU HAVE A PHONE WITH AN INBUILT GPS THEN YOU CAN NAVIGATE WITHOUT HAVING TO GO ONLINE AND NO MONEY WILL BE CHARGED FOR DATA AS CONNECTION IS ESTABLISHED VIA GPS SATTELITE, IF YOU HAVE A PHONE WITHOUT GPS INSISDE THEN YOUR MAP WILL ALWAYS HAVE TO CONNECT VIA DATA CONNECTION, ASSASINATING YOUR CREDIT.

I tend to flick between Google Maps and Ovi maps. In my area, the roads aren't named in the maps, I hear there's a way of manually putting them in your device's Ovi map. I'm going to research it and see what I come up with.
