What is it with rituals in this 21st and the cutting of heads. Its acceptable to cut peoples head because of santity. But for others its a crime

Warning . if you are entering Ogun State specifically Ota. Please stay out until morning. The Oba of Ota is dead. The rumour around is a that they need heads for his burial. Shops are closed down, backs around closed down by 2pm today . if you care for your heador your friends or family warn them to stay clear Ota especially from 9pm.
