From my investigation and from a call I received from a friend in abuja today,i was told the scheme have been scrapped but it is not yet made official .It is still a grapevine and you know grapevine have 88 percentage of becoming the truth rather than rumour.I am not happy with this news for now..Let someone help to get the fact from an impeccable source please .. |
