To save cost in runing plumbing work in Nigeria building.
-hot water in toilet wash hand basin is not really necessary (with this you save cost of mixer tap,hot water pipe line and kittle workmanship)
-while running pipe to safety tank in a commercial building that has about 10 toilets or more its advisable to use bigger diameter pipe like 150mm this will prevents blockage of chamber always and also reduce number of chamber in a building.
