An old man was sitting on a bench at the mall. A young man walked up to
the bench and sat down. He had spiked hair in all different colors:
green, red, orange, blue, and yellow. The old man just stared. Every
time the young man looked, the old man was staring. The young man
finally said sarcastically, "What's the matter old-timer? Never done
anything wild in your life?" Without batting an eye, the old man
replied, "Got drunk once and had sex with a peacock. I was just
wondering if you were my son."

Infact the current PE is 25 not even 41 and forward PE at current price is ~15 this is because i have been conservative with the expected PAT growth rate.

FYE '07 PAT was N439M and 800M shares listed. They actually increased FY PAT by 128% so i have assumed a PAT growth rate of 60% if i had used 100% that would been a PE of ~12. All of a suden its looking good in my spreadsheet.

Not sure about bonus sha! They didnt actually give a bonus they doled out a 25K dividend

It just struck me that its only disunited fans and assenal peeps that are always talking on this forum, but lets all stand up and give a standing ovation to the 'real' wonder boys of our time!

Lets us pleeeeeease stand up for the real true undiluted 'blues' the soccer 'gods' the only guys in the world that plays 'business football' we are not there to dribble and brag about the pitch with confused strikers, we score goals only, no matter how 'crude' the scramble may be, talk about solid midfielders, strong like 'chin chin' (Essien) and the rest of the performance oriented big wigs, are you guys not homing in to these wondermen by now?

All rise and clap for CHELSEA, the true champions elect, clap, clap, clap, clap, year all can now sit down and lets discuss stocks and shares.

Hmnn from a very rough estimate you have made about N1.9M in profits. The sell candidates in your portfolio would have been Diamond and UBA but if you do you will actually make a loss after commission and charges and you don't actually have the time. They are medium-long term stocks . GTB will do well anyway.

The only stock on that list i can recommend is NB they are doing very well but its got a fairly high nominal value but if you don't mind you fit enter and hopefully they do well again for Q1 due in March but don't expect results until May so you can lock in your profits just before then.

Unfortunately there are no CICO stocks in that list  and i would be reluctant to recommend you do CICO considering you are using leveraged funds.

The problem with UBA Shareplus loan is that the costs are excessive i'm assuming this is the facility you got and i think it comes with 17% interest and then a 5% adm fee or something like that which you have to pay upfront.

Next time don't take a margin facility that restricts your choice of stocks.

Not sure i need to add the usual CAVEAT EMPTY if you don't make money on NB then may be you need to go and do something else

All the best!
