Currently recruiting Chief Executive Officer for a client a burgeoning Agribusiness brand located in Ogun State
Client is looking to recruit a CEO that has
1. 6-10 years experience in similar capacity, or huge agribusiness venture.
2. Great personality and ability to articulate ideas to the board members as well as role up sleeves on the field.
3. Have a robust network in the region, nationally and amongst govt officials
4. Have a knack for meeting up to expected turnover and IRR over specified period.

The CEO is to

1. Manage the activities of over 60 employers and 100 other temporary land users.
2. Articulate Ideas and advise the board appropriately, formulate policies and planning recommendations to the board of directors
3. Look for possible future change opportunities
4. Setting budgets fund projects which support the company strategy.
5. Oversee operations in the Agribusiness brand across various value chains
6. Oversee design, marketing, promotion delivery and quality of end products
7.Ensure staff confirm to the policies and procedures that in turn are in sync with current laws and regularities
8. Fundraising planning and Implementation including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources.
