My power cut out while my playstation was on and messed it up. Every time i turn it on it says "cannot start the ps4" so i downloaded the latest update file for reinstallation (3.50) onto a usb stick and it still wont turn on. So I went into safe mode, tried initializing it and rebuilding the database but that didnt work.
