Beautiful people the weekend is here again we thank God for his mercies.for some of us today we have owanbe and some of us will be visiting the market to buy foodstuffs and do some cooking for the family.
Cooking is an intimate and wonderful experience cooking for your man is also a good way to win his affection.

Good food create memories, forge experience and make the heart grow fonder today I would like to share some wonderful helpful cooking tips

. Always season meat and fish evenly.sprinkle salt and pepper as though it's snowing this will avoid clumping or ending up with too much seasoning in some areas and none in others.

. For kids that need a lot of convincing to eat try to make food coloring( used for baking)pink rice, red egg, blue yam etc.Involve them in choosing the color of the food and add a story too like its time for magic rice.am sure with time they will want to eat.

If you have soft/ overripe tomatoes and you need them fresh as possible pour into a bowl very cold water add some salt and place the tomato in the water your tomato will bounce back to life.

. Always use sharp knives not only is it safer but it will make your work more efficient

. For safety put a wine cork on the tip of a knife before putting the knife in a drawer

. For best result when baking leave butter and eggs at room temperature overnight.

. To make a great sandwich spread the mayonnaise from corner to corner on the bread some people just rush this step and just do swoosh down the middle.Every bite should be flavorful that is a sandwich.

. When chopping herbs toss a little salt on the cutting board it will keep the herbs from flying around.

. When frying to avoid oil from splattering sprinkle little salt in it.

. Invest in parchment paper for lining pans. It makes all of your baked good super easy to remove and it makes clean up a dream.no butter flour batter to scrape off.

. Plunge vegetable in ice water after blanching(boiling)so they can maintain their bright color.

Lastly don't try a new recipe or new ingredient you are not sure of for someone who is coming to see you for the first time maybe a date or your boss incase of any disappointment.
Hope you find this useful
