New Cbn Flexible Exchange Rate! How Does It Affect Tuition Payment Abroad? by YoungPablo91(m): 2:10pm On Jun 14, 2016
Greetings,

Please I'll like to know how this imminent flexible foreign exchange policy would affect school tuition payment abroad.

Is the exchange rate still going to be 197-200 CBN rate or would it go higher?

Thanks.
