Job Description: We are looking for a skilled account payable officer's to responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner

Job responsibilities: keeping track, process and reconcile payment and expenditures, including payroll purchase order' invoice statement, check refund requisition * Ensure correct approval coding and matching of invoices /receipts * liaise with internal and external check * regularly tabulated data and compile necessary reports * Solid understanding of basic book keeping and accounting payable principles * data entry skills along with a knack for members * customers services orientation and negotiations skills.
