Job description ‎ Works with artists, assisting career direction, artist representation, marketing strategies, and help in other areas that concerns the artist. He/She will also be Social Media Assistant for the artist/Label ‎

General Requirements : At least 2 years Experience working in the Nigeria music industry, must be good with social media and other related channels, must be familiar with the overall activities of a record label.‎
Skills required
• You will be an outstanding communicator and are likely to be personable, efficient and comfortable with shifting deadlines.
• You will have the ability to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
• You will have the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• You will have passion and enthusiasm for music, culture and the arts. ‎

Desirable skills
• Proficiency in a English language.
• Experience in managing others.
• Social Media management.‎

Key responsibilities
• Working with the rest of the team in the planning and implementation of PR campaigns .
• Pro-actively seeking press coverage across Nigeria and international media.
• Liaising with arts editors, music journalists and broadcasters( OAP)‎
• Close liaison with artists, record companies, artist agents, and other members of the industry.
• Researching and writing publicity materials.
• Representing the company through attendance at concerts, events and press receptions (some evening and weekend work will be required).

Other information:
Contract: permanent following a three month trial period‎
