Pls, can someone tell me how leave allowance is calculated in Nigeria Labour law and what section of the law says so. i believe its 10% of annual salary but i cant see it in the Nigeria labour law.

25% of your annual basic salary, percentage varies depending on the organisation conditions of service

thanks for your prompt response, i know organisation conditions are different. what i want is the standard/govt/official %, the minimum an Employer can use. is it mandatory and where is it written?
