We all have a handiwork we learnt outside the conventional schooling system that reflects our rich African culture. To promote something means you suggest that thing to people ( consumers), so we not patronising made in Nigeria products only means we are not promoting made in Nigeria products or not enough.
If you are in any of these fields, kindly pick your number. We are about to make N1 equal $1.

Someone once told me made in Nigeria products are more expensive than foreign ones, this is what I told her:

When you don't sell often or you don't sell in bulk, you tend to get most of your raw materials from retailers. These retailers give little or no discounts that's why the selling price becomes too tight. It's better to get your raw materials from manufacturers or wholesalers, they give reasonable discounts.

CRAFT SUPPLIES & TOOLS is the place to get your raw materials.

My top 3 websites that supports made in Nigeria products and services

3. Craftsvillage
Crafts village is an online Arts & crafts marketplace designed for buying & selling indigenous handmade products of artisans and craftsmen online.
I put this at number 3 because it is a new marketplace, but I see real potentials in them. http://craftsvillage.com.ng

2. Corridorspree
Corridorspree provides a marketplace for crafters, artists and collectors to sell their handmade products and both handmade and non-handmade crafting supplies.
I was tempted to put these guys at No.1 but the only reason is that they are still newcomers but here is why they almost took the top spot.
- They sell instrumentals/beats, the others don't sell (Any music producer/Beatmaker can sell here).
As a music producer, I specifically love this about corridorspree
- Corridorspree is structured like foreign Arts and crafts giant Etsy.com, they are more like the Nigerian version of Etsy.

1. Terrakulture
Terra kulture is a leading Art, culture, lifestyle, and educational centre.
This is taking the No.1 spot because of its diversity, it cuts across a wider market and they are the oldest of the top 3.

Let's keep the number counting, represent your own. We can't promote made in Nigerian products if we don't believe it's worth promoting.
