Is it for a PBX? Home solution? Are you correlating your data/voice/video into one integrated enterprise solution for a company using their current PBX. Are you trying to device your own PSTN solution taking the advantage of VOIP and the SIP and internet technologies? Are you planning to become a voice carrier? If you would tell us what you want to use VOIP for, we will be in the better position to help you. |

thanks i need to create an entire solution for my firm they have a deal with a voip company abroad and they have a few voip consoles. i dont understand a ting abt this can you explain the terms pls. can we chat on yahoo or skype |

This site will be of great help, it helped me; www.voip-info.org. You can try asterisk, the free VOIP software that runs on Unix, http://www.asterisk.org/. I have used asterisk for so many things and it rocks well. |

sbucareer et al, nice going bro. i'm interested in this as well; and i'll be needing it for PBX purposes. hooking up branches in different cities on the same PBX . i'd appreciate your knowledge.  thanks a lot. |
