my own calculation is this


if the first lady with the brown hair is 20+20+20 =60 it means her value is 20


if the lady with the brown hair is added to lady with the black hair and added her again and the result was 30 then that is to say the value of the lady with the black hair is 5 which is the reason why the result was 20(brown hair lady)+5(black hair lady)+5(the black hair lady again)...so now we know the lady with brown hair is 20 and the lady with black hair is 5..

now the lady with the black hair - a man with two heads was equal to 3 so based on the result which was 3 then that shows that since the lady with the black hair is 5 and her value minus the man with two heads was 3 then that shows that the value of the head of the man is 1 then two of his head is 2, which made the lady with black hair minus the two heads of the man to be 3 (5-2=3)
