Hello Nairalanders, My Last name on my birth certificate and state certificate is different from all my academic credentials and Identity Cards..for some reasons I had to change to using my 2nd last name for everything..Now I want to do an international passport so I don't want the last name to reflect on it since all my other credentials doesn't bear that name..Though both names starts with same letter. Now my question is it possible to have a passport without last name?? that is can it just contain my surname and first name alone. Thanking you while i anticipate replies.

Lol!! Not at all. I'm saying nothing but the truth..I just want to know if it's possible?? because I'm planning on doing another birth certificate and certificate of origin..To save myself the stress was the reason I asked..

Your Last name is term as Surname.are referring to your Middle Name?
