1. Giving Into Cravings

We all crave for something sometimes, and it is normal to have that one thing. But we must be careful treats don’t become habits.

Sweets include highly processed sweeteners. They stimulate the process known as cytokines, which leads to inflammation. Eating sugar too much is related with diseases such as cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Sugar enhances the physical aging. It includes glycation which causes wrinkles, tired-looking and puffy skin.

Emotionally, craving could lead to loss of control and mistrust of self.
2.Chronic Undersleeping

You should have 7-9 hours of sleep every night. While you are sleeping, the melotonin mends DNA and other cells. Also, the growth hormone is very active while you are sleeping during the night.

Insufficient sleep during the night could result with shorter life. Not enough sleep has negative physical and psychological effects. You can notice the effects of one poor night of sleep. Continuous poor nights of sleep will cause dark circles, diminished cheeks and unbalanced skin.

If you don’t sleep enough you will feel lazy during the day. This will also result with more desires for high-calories foods which will give you an instant boost of energy. This results with increased body weight and blood sugar levels.
3.Not Loving Yourself

Many people are too busy and don’t have time to or energy for their own life and happiness.

You should have time for yourself every day. You can spend this time whatever you like, you can read a book, have a walk or playing some sports.

Spend more time on yourself and you will be happier and satisfied.
4.Using Alcohol as A Problem Solver

We all know that a glass of wine after the dinner provides us with huge benefits, but a whole bottle? This will not do anything good.

Drinking alcohol too much could stimulate the inflammatory processes in the body and decelerate the metabolism. It could also result with liver disorders.

Some people want to forget about their problems dinking alcohol, but they will not solve their problems, only worsen them.

If you have some serious problems in front of you, try writing them on a paper. This will force you to engage yourself in solving them. This will also allow you to understand yourself better.
5. Forgetting To Forgive

Being mad at someone is a waste of time. You are spending your energy by holding yourself back, rather than moving forward toward the solution of the problem.

Grudges could result with stress, anxiety, depression, increased blood pressure, etc. If you feel guilty you should ask for forgiveness.

When forgiving other people, you should also forgive yourself. You should forgive the expectations that weren’t met. You will free yourself when forgiving.
6.Being Antisocial

Your friends will relax you. They will offer you a different approach on your challenges and encourage you to chase your dreams.

Sometimes people work too much and don’t have enough fun in their life. Canceling your plans with friends could have negative effects in your friendships. The responsibilities mustn’t be barrier when it comes to spending time with your friends.

Do some sports or have a dinner party with your friends. You will be happier, healthier and your life prolonged if you spend quality time with your friends.
7.Living a Chemical Life

We are all exposed to chemicals in our life. They are everywhere around us: in the dish soap, cleaning products, detergents and even food.

The household products include parabens, phthalates and sulfates which can cause hormonal imbalance and poisoning of the organism.

Everything that comes into contact with our skin or we eat must be toxins-free. You should always buy organic products. If you cannot pronounce at least one ingredient on the label, don’t buy the product.
8.Not Prioritizing Intimacy

The intimacy with your partner is more important for your health than you think.

The immune system’s strength is related with enough sexual contact. Your body will handle stress better. Your relationship will be also improved and strengthened.

The modern lifestyle where everyone is busy leaves negative effect on intimacy. Spontaneous sex is less common in today’s couples. If you notice your sex declining, you should schedule it in. When expecting time with your partner your gratification will be delayed and libido strengthened.
9.Exercising For the Wrong Reasons

If your main goal is losing fat, then you are missing all the fun.

The optimistic and positive attitude is crucial for the exercise routine. If you are feeling guilt for the increased body weight, then you will have a bad routine: eat too much, exercise too much, iterate.

Everyone feels good when being healthy. Exercising releases endorphins, the hormones of happiness. Too much exercising and pessimistic attitude will result with no pleasure in doing that.
10.Being Too Serious

There are things that shouldn’t be taken seriously, but not everything.

Try to laugh as more as you can. Don’t try to control everything in your life. Try to get the humor out of everything!

You will live longer if you are optimistic. Everything blows over at some point and once it passes, you will not remember what’s upsetting you.

op,you are good.,and, with all you mentioned above, the fact is that ,one cannot totally abstain from any,but it takes me to the conclusion that...too much of everything is bad.
