Facebook seem to be updating all of its messaging platforms with recent visible 7 new features to WhatsApp latest version 2.16.141 beta. Facebook has now revealed updates for its Messenger Platform and just last month, Facebook created a new feature to allow SMS and Messenger run concurrently

The quick reply will also enable users to have an automated conversation with people with its 10 dynamic buttons that will be aligned with newest message sent. It will also make chat history cleaner.

Persistent menu: The persistent menu will help restart interaction with bot as the menu will provide for upto 5 actions so as to eliminate the need to remember several text commands.

Ratings: This part is very essential as it will now allow users to star rating which is vital for feedback for both the developer to improve on the bots and the users to have a better experience.
