The key to deliberately achieve orgasm is the clitoris. The clitoris consist of a hooded part in the female external Instruments, at the tip of which is found a button. (a). There must be a reasonable amount of kisses, body stimulation and pre-intimacy. Then the wife will lie on her back and the husband will gently stimulate both the hood and the button of the clitoris with his fingers. (b).
