Lagos State through LAMATA, is constantly repairing or rebuilding the BRT lane and bus shelters. They do not seem to realise that gridlock traffic results when a section of the BRT lane is closed. Repairs continue to follow repairs, year in, year out. Is not better to do it right the first time, or maybe big money is changing hands, and some officials are smiling to the bank.
