Why Do Calabar People Names Sounds Like Past Tense? by anonym0us: 9:12pm On Jul 08, 2016
I have heard so many funny names from calabar people I don't know if they live in the past...

example you will hear

ufot which is pronounced "who fought" which is the past tense of who fight

utuk which is pronounced "who took'" which is the past tense of who take

ukot which is pronounced " who caught" which is the past tense of who catch?

In that mesmerized solitary angle, sitting like a forgotten Hero. You look up and facedown; spending minutes on each practice as if that wasn't enough, you decide to turned left and right at different intervals. Furious in reflex like something was amidst with the vision.

At a point you glued your vision to a direction; nodding your head when immediately you noticed the POWER OF LAZINESS in possession of your Focus!!

My name is ukanaimeidianaotobongabai.

You are pronouncing those names wrongly,
That's why,
Ufot, is nearer to uh fort than who fought,
And Ufot means middle or in between,
Ukot is nearer to Uh cut than who caught,
And Ukot means alcohol,
Utuk is nearer to Uh tuck than who took, and Utuk means cheating
