Established in 2016, Afridext is an online platform for subscribers / users (categorized into designers and customers) to crowd-source or produce or sell high quality creative designs that are relevant to the African market at preferred prices.
The company seeks to encourage creativity by establishing a competitive and lucrative environment for designers to promote their designs. Also, it is a platform for everyone that needs graphic designs relevant to the African market to interact with state of the art designers and crowd-source designs from all over the world.

Job Title: Campus Ambassador
Location: University community

What’s it all about?
The campus ambassador is responsible for the promotion of Afridext within their University community. You are to create marketing plans, organise trade shows, manage the marketing budget, and develop marketing materials to generate sales leads and produce press releases within your University community.

What’s the job like?
• Where necessary, set up a team (Marketing and Communications team) within your University that will assist you in executing your tasks as the University Ambassador
• Influence the public's perception of Afridext’s services, direct the creation of internal communications, press releases and speeches given by your team, as well as Web or social media presence on your campus
• Responsible for the development and refinement of marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding in consultation with your team members and clients.
• You are to direct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities that Afridext can leverage on in your University community
• You are to allocate Afridext’s resources to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels in your University. You are also responsible for staying up to date on industry trends.
Qualifications
• Must be a registered undergraduate student of any Nigerian university of any background and any year of study
• Substantial experience in successfully engaging stakeholders within the University community
• Business proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent public speaking and customer-service skills
Job Requirements
A potential campus ambassador must possess the following skills;
• Substantial passion; for the service offerings of the company and for building and growing relationships
• Be willing to work at least 7 hours a week
• Must have knowledge of (and appreciation for) traditional and modern marketing
• A well-established online presence and a highly-engaged network
• Natural leadership skills, especially communication (both oral and written)
• The ability to gather feedback and provide innovative insight
• Must depict a high-level of professionalism
