people are talking about nougat and we are still struggling with lollipop on the M5+ thats not good enough

An extremely neat and a month old gionee m5plus for quick sale. Bought it last month, no scratches at all, very neat, with the pack and the charger. It has 3gb ram and 64gb internal memory, with a 5020mah very strong battery that can last for two days under a heavy usage plus finger print scanner. It's going for 85k. Pls, am having issues scrolling from the bottom of my phone(m5), where you scroll to use features like putting on and off of data, screen shoot, calculator, screen brightness and other features and this has really given me great concern....please is there any remedy to this, have tried putting off and on of the control center but still the same thing....
