We are currently hiring an Administrative/Client Service Officer

Job Desciption

• Maintains workflow by monitoring recruitment projects from start to finish
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests from clients and identifying solutions in resolving the queries
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
• Drafting job descriptions for roles in clients’ companies
• Preparing proposals and sending them out for different service offerings
• Identifying potential clients through online and traditional research
• Assists in remittance of statutory deductions to relevant authorities
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
• Minimum of BSc in any discipline
• Sound written and verbal skills
• Someone with high self-esteem needed in relating with high net worth clients
• Should be able to work with a great level of independence
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and power point applications.
• Experience not necessary, if you can prove yourself.
