When church is reduced to an organization that votes on what to accept or reject, confusion ensues. "God is not an author of confusion," says His holy word. In the era of Moses, God led his people by sending His instructions via Moses. In the era of the early church, God gave his people His Holy Spirit to guide them into all truth. We are still in the dispensation of the Holy spirit; It is sad and heartbreaking that some churches do not even recognize the Holy Spirit, let alone listen to Him for direction. It is a surprise that the church that is called by the name of the living God would vote to cast out the Words of the same God they proclaim.
