Guys please I need advice on how to go about resolving this.

Throughout yesterday 14/7/16 I couldn't make calls on my mtn line, I received a text around 10am telling me 'they r working to resolve problem with my line'. At around 7pm I received another text telling me the problem was partially resolved. And this morning I was informed the problem has been resolved.
But when I checked my balance it was 0.00 from over 6000 naira.

I am really furious and thinking of throwing my mtn sim away. I called their CC and all they could say is they ll get back to me (which I know will drag on forever and won't return my credit)

Kindly advise

You should try and contact them on twitter and I think they have a whatsapp contact where complains can be channeled to. Try to find out.. .

Call their cc and raise your voice at them.

But this is bad, why can't NCC force this operators to give their customers account statements of calls made or how their airtime were used at the end of the month.
I know glo gives me account statements on my corporate line every end of the month, and NITEL of old used to have something like that.
