Unbelievable!!! Well this post is another amazing discovery and was lost for words the day I found and prepared it.
You won't believe am yet to know the name of this fruit as I bought it from a local fruit and vegetable seller. Will appreciate your feedback as regards the name please.
I went to buy water melon that day and after paying she asked me to try this fruit which she got from a village market.
I was skeptical because I had never seen it before but when she mentioned it can be eaten boiled or fried, I got interested knowing that it would be an interesting find. Trust me I didnt regret buying it.
Curiosity made me try it that very night even after a tiring day because I wanted to see the outcome of a fried fruit and I didnt want to dream about it that night...lol.
I was so eager that only half of it was used for this experiment.Watch out for another recipe on this same fruit.
Oh well fit fam, I fried it and it tasted like fried yam or sweet potato. OMG!!! It was yummy..

Yes it was so delicious so I decided to show you all.
Am in search of this nameless fruit for now as the local seller gets to buy it from a remote village and not all the time.

What you need;

*(Bread Fruit)
*.Vegetable oil for frying
*.Salt (Optional)How to prepare
1.Peel the fruit and remove the tiny seeds in the middle.
2.Slice to any thin shape of your choice. Sprinkle a little salt if you want.
3.Heat your vegetable oil.
4.Insert the sliced fruits into the oil and fry for a few minutes.
5.Serve with any sauce/Gravy or eat as snacks.
