Experienced Human Resource Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
-To conduct recruitments showing good faith efforts to broaden diversity.
-To ensure understanding of collective bargaining agreements ,and make specific provisions with respect to filling of bargaining unit positions.
-To prepare the job description and ensures proper procedures for
review and approval are met at the department level.
-To initiates recruitment and posts recruitment on selected job boards.
-To process final offer and finalizes the recruitment in the ATS
-To notify candidates not selected
-To review recruitments and provide oversight of the recruitment process.
-To review position description and assigns the job Classification.
-To conduct Job Analysis upon request.
-To ensure accurate and complete recruitment and selection guidelines and procedures.
-To Review applications, participates in the interview
process and recommends final applicant.

REQUIREMENT
-Minimum of 3-5 years working experience
-Residence must be within Lagos
-Minimum Hnd/Bsc degree
-Good communication skill.
-Exellent managerial skill
-Quick decision Maker
-Great organisation skill

SALARY
150,000
