That was a painting done by a talented child painter ( a much grown adult now) named Akiane Kramarik. In her tender years, she had visitations to the realm of eternity and saw Jesus regularly. She was from a family of hard core atheists in Bulgaria I think... You can check out more about her online.

The accuracy of the painting was also validated by another little child - Bobby Colton (somewhere in the USA) who had an out of body experience while he was undergoing a surgery.

Personally, this makes perfect sense, for instance, the hair you see in that picture does not look "European" as the Renaissance artists painted Jesus into the figures we see every where.
