Salt has been seen as a contributing factor to many a heart disease and hypertension. Many health conscious individuals have had the mind set that meals should contain little or no salt.

Too much of processed salt can truly be harmful, you should know that sodium is vital to the human body. It is not the salt you take but the type of salt you take.

Real, unprocessed salt contributes greatly to health and not damaging it.

The type of salt you should run from is table salt. It is commonly seen in many homes. It is a man made refined product. The refining process removed many of its vital nutrients that naturally occur in salt and add several chemicals in the process.

The list of additives chemicals include; fluoride, chemical breach, potassium iodide, monosodium glutamate, (MSG), sodium bicarbonate and solo-co- aluminate.

Tables salt contributes to high blood pressure, weight gain type 2 diabetes, it affects mood,depression and anxiety.


Unrefined salt is a naturally occurring minerals. It is harvested from evaporated sea water and it is only heated to dry.No trace minerals are lost in this process making sea salt.

Trace minerals contained in sea salt incldet; surphur, calcium, sodium, magnesium, silicon, boron, potassium, bromine and strontium.

Sea salt helps in weight loss, sooth irritated skin and reduce asthma symptoms. Regular consumption of sea salt improves sugar levels, regulate heart health, improve mood and treats dehydration.
