I don't understand how fire will be burning in a busy junction and people will gather to watch: a fire as volatile as petrol tanker fire. People gathered and even climbed the bridge to watch a burning fire, snapping and gisting. That petrol tanker could have exploded at any time and wreck more havoc.

This was exactly my thought. People chop liver o! I saw some petrol tankers zooming pass the other side. Like you said, what if an explosion happened?
