When I saw these photos, I thought the cow had died during labour and as a result, they performed the surgical procedure to deliver the calf.

Although, the Facebook user who posted the photos didn't not tell why the cow was operated on instead of being allowed to deliver through the normal way...THE LAST PICTURE WILL SURPRISE YOU!!!
