I did my waec GCE enrolment some few weeks ago. Today, I went to the place where I did the registration and I was shocked to hear that there is no GCE centre in Ekpoma, Uromi, Irrua and even Auchi. That I have to go to Benin to write or register for Neco GCE. Please is this true or was I scammed. I live in Ekpoma. Help a boy in need pls!!!
