What's your phone's name, RAM, SIZE OF INTERNAL MEMORY?

Infinix hot note/ RAM=1gb /internal memory= free space is 3.3gb total usable memory is 11gb

First of all, uninstall all the apps you haven't used in the last seven days. If you need to use an app especially those apps that you don't need to register in order to use.
The reason you need to uninstall those apps is because they use up your processor speed and reduce it drastically.
Secondly, free up more storage space.

If all these doesn't work, you'll have to factory reset.
It could be due to cache files that really had to locate.

refuses power, volume up & down button commands
Refuses to power down until you leave battery to drain over 6 - 9 hrs

Someone I know had this problem.
Solution 1: format it. I could be a virus or a bug

Solution 2: flashing it.

It installs and after reboot, it says the latest xposed installer version not installed
