The world is becoming something else. An 18-year-old mother, Okike Ezinne, was reported to have sold her 18-month-old baby, Chisom Raphael for N300,000 to a suspected child trafficker in a business deal facilitated by one Gloria Okafor, 46, who is from Umudi, Lokpanta in Abia State. The Ebonyi State-born Ezinne was arrested, yesterday, by operatives of Central Police Station, Enugu State Police Command. Although all the suspects in the matter have been arrested, the buyer was still at large at press time. It was gathered that the Ezinne was lured by her friend, one Promise Godwin, 20, from Isu, Mbaneze Ohazara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State God have mercy on this girl..
