External candidate (I mean candidate applying for admission with OND,NCE and HND certificate into 200Level of any Nigeria university). Now lets see the reasons.

1 FG disclose to all Nigerian Universities that the admission quote will be based on 80% to 20% meanimg that 80% goes to UTME and 20% goes to Direct entry (DE) Candidate.

2. Contrary to the pronouncement of admission quota by FG and JAMB, the 20% stipulated for DE candidate will only go to the JUPEB and IJMB candidate of the said universities. So many wise candidate applied for IJMB and JUPEB programme of any university of their choice. That means this are the set of candidate getting the 20% Direct entry (DE) admission slot into 200L.

3. Almost all the state and federal universities in Nigeria are conducting either IJMB or JUPEB programme. Lets Know the list of universities selling IJMB and JUPEB application Form
Osun State University: IJMB
University of Benin (UNIBEN): JUPEB
Lagos state University (LASU): JUPEB or Foundation Programme
University of Lagos (UNILAG): JUPEB or foundation programme
Federal University of Agriculture (FUNAAB): JUPEB
Obafemi Awolowo Universitry(OAU): JUPEB
University of Nigeria (UNN): JUPEB

Don't mind him..... what he should have said is that since most universities are now running JUPEB and IJMB programmes they'll consider those that did their programmes first b4 others for DE admission..... that doesn't mean they won't consider those applying with bsc, OND/HND
