‘recession’ Trends On Google As Anambra Leads Search In Nigeria by ANSOM: 1:42pm On Jul 30, 2016
“Recession” is trending in Nigeria, according to search results released by Google Nigeria this week, which indicate that interest in the term peaked in July following recent comments on the issue by Central Bank of Nigeria governor, Godwin Emefiele, and Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun.

Anambra State tops the list of states in Nigeria combing the search engine for all terms related to “recession”, ahead of the FCT in second place, Rivers State, which lies in third place and cosmopolitan Lagos. Apparently, other states do not have a significant number of queries.

Not surprisingly, related questions asked on Google include “what is recession / recession definition”; “how to survive in economic recession” and “how to make money in a recession”

Nigeria is also one of the top three countries with the most searches for the term globally, coming third in a list that includes the United Arab Emirates; Singapore; Canada; Ireland; South Africa and the U.S.A.

According to analysts, Nigeria’s recession was triggered by a dip in government revenues and spending in the wake of the fall in global crude oil prices. It’s likely to be a bumpy ride ahead for the country, so it’s important to live by the first rule for surviving a recession-Start saving money now.

This article is an eye-opener for people who erroneously or deliberately think and say that the people of Anambra are involved in "BLOOD MONEY"
It is not surprising! Anambrans are always looking for various ways to be financially and economically viable no matter how hard the situation is.
For the fact that ndi Anambra are the highest number of Nigerians searching for the term "RECESSION" in Google means alot. It means that they form the majority of Nigerians who are Internet-Savvy know how to make the internet beneficial to them by searching for economic ideas instead of wasting time with it.
This is the reason why they flock to the internet to search about the term "Recession" so that they will deal with it and survive. THAT'S THE ANAMBRA SPIRIT!
Our recent Agricultural Export Scheme to the US and Europe which haters of progress like Sahara Reporters reported to be false may just turn out to be a result of these internet searches on Google.
Funny thing is when one Emeka in Onitsha Main market who uses his phone to search for "Business Ideas during Recession" sees a business idea and then invests his money into it and makes millions, some people in some quarters will open their mouths and say he performed "MONEY RITUALS"...
It's more than Money Rituals!!
"Ife amama kariri ife agworo n'ogwu!"
Anambrans are SOLUTION SEEKERS and STRONG!
PROUDLY ANAMBRA!!

This revelation is profound!

The survival instinct of Ndi Anambra showing in Google. In a country where everyone is seeking a way to steal, the people of Anambra are seeking worldwide knowledge about how to turn the economic recession in Nigeria into something viable.

While other states residents are looking for naked women or breast to watch,my main market guys are looking for the latest business to venture into.

No wonder the state is on progressive pedals unlike other states that only que up to collect allocations from FG.

God bless the hustle of Ndi Anambra!
God bless the hustle of Nigerian youths!!
God bless Africa!!!
