1. Submission of completed application form with evidence of payment (receipts)
2. Publication fee
3. Development charge
4. Purchase receipt of the Land/Agreement duly stamped
5. Survey Plan of the land (4 copies)
6. Current Tax Clearance
7. Ogun State Education Levy for Corporate bodies within the last four years
8. Development levy receipt for individuals within the last four years
9. Four(4) passport photographs of applicant
10. Approved building plan (for already developed land)
11. Certificate of Registration/Incorporation for application by corporate bodies.
12. Execution fee
13. Survey Inspection fee
14. Charting fee
