Drinking plenty of clean potable water before going to bed and immediately you wake up in the moring should be encouraged among diabetics patients and Non-diabetics. And checking your blood sugar content with a glucometer device once in a month should also be a priority of all.
Diabetes is very deadly and does not discriminate because one can have it at birth or later in life due to poor feeding habit.
