BTW,

There is a FIFA U21 tournament going on and we cant see any of those fabled product of Wengay academy.

Merida has been sent home since while Bayern youth team player Bjorn Kopplin has been burning the tournament

Yet no one screams about the Bayern academy but the Scam project of WenGAY which produced notable duds like Owusu-Abeyie, Arturo Lupoli, Jeremy Aliadiere and Justin Hoyte is being screamed about

You are welcome Emperoh wink. how comes no local station is showing the U-20?
But I've got to tell you Italy vs Hungary was pure drama now dubbed The spectacle of Suez.
Initially I thought the Korea vs Ghana was interesting but not until this one. Drama from start to finish.

Both teams played like their life depended on it. Red cards, tackles flying left right and center. 3 goals in extra time. Italians were reduced to 8 men!!! shocked

The Hungarians have a very good striker and I understand he is a Liverpool player but on loan with AEK Greece. Lethal striker that boy Krisztian NEMETH.

Matches tomorrow 10-Oct-2009 (Local time)
Brazil vs Germany - 16:30 (Don't miss it!!!)
UAE vs Costa Rica - 20:00

what do you guys think about Ghana's Captain? Abedi Pele's son, Dede Ayew. Any good? He's a big hit with the ladies in Ghana i hear. Any mention of his name and even old women are screaming. lol.

Personally i think his development has slowed. for someone who was playing champions league football at 18, i would've expected him to the one of the big names in europe.

i haven't had the opportunity to watch any of the matches yet though.

Obviously, he's not the one making the headlines for Ghana in Egypt.

Had that scoreline been the other way around(plus the red card given to the hungarians), y'all be here running your gobs off blaming the italians for their 'supposed' lack of fair play. Anyways sha,Congrats to the HUNGARIANS

Italy - Hungary. . . . . Crazy match - wonder what that ref was thinking!?

I feel the italians only had themselves to blame; after pegging it back to 2-2, they could have just sat back and tried to see the game thru to penalties - well, i feel that was the safer route to go and a more surer path to victory too.
But it was kinda brave off em to stay positive, souljah on and attack the hungarians the way they did in the second half of ET - they really didn't deserve to lose but s****t happens!

You dont win a game of football by doing so. . . It can be very damaging in most cases!

Absolutely. One note of caution though,if the germans use the same tactics they used vs Nigeria, they'll get annihilated.

The italians were hit on the counter-attack. . . . . by a Hungarian side that was a man up, don't u find that ironic!?
