Lagos ruler, Oniba of Iba, Oba Goriola Oseni who was kidnapped by obscure shooters on June 16 has recaptured his opportunity. grin


As indicated by Channels Television, the Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Fatai Owoseni, affirmed that the customary ruler is back in his royal residence, and the pioneer of the group of criminals has been captured by his men.
