Many times, we hear people who are afraid of FAILURE. They think failing makes them Failures. In light of this fear, they shrink back from taking risks and decisions, and they drown in the shallow waters of mediocrity. 

However, I need not remind you that the ones who are Giants today, ones who have etched their names on the eternal sands of time are those who failed more than the Average Joe. 

Abraham Lincoln, Mahatma Ghandi, Albert Einstein and other great men are those who failed but  went on despite their failures. 

Any man that wants to be great and who wants to Live Above Average must be prepared to fail because failures are the building blocks of success. Any man that wants to walk the path of Destiny must be ready to Fail Forward.  

He must be ready to fail, fail, fail and then SUCCEED. He must be ready to trudge on despite challenges and must be hopeful for a better future in God. He must be ready to learn from his mistakes and try again One More Time.

Successes of today are failures of yesterday. The formula of success is
Success=Failure+Perseverance+Hope+Audacity+Vision+Faith.
