Grammy award winning singer, Ed Sheeran is being sued by Marvin Gave Estate for copying Marvin Gaye's classic "Lets Get It On" for his hit single "Thinking Out Loud. The classic was co-written by Townsend and Marvin Gaye. The suit is looking to keep Sheeran and the other plaintiffs from continuing to infringe on the copyright, stop the sale of the track and the paying of substantial damages...
