Multiple award-winning pop-singer, Davido has been reported to be in a secret romance with Avril Sucre, a final year student in one of the most respected Nigerian higher institutions, BABCOCK.

The father-of-one who recently got into social media mess with his baby mama, has casually showed off his new rumoured lover, Avril on social media few weeks ago without giving much details.

In the photo shared by the ‘Aye’ crooner in June, he flaunted his Rolex wristwatch alongside a woman’s hand with the same brand of wristwatch while they were on Paris vacation. “From Paris with love,” Davido captioned, but attention was not given to the image and its caption.


According to reports on our news desk at AFROBANGER, the ‘Avril’ Davido recently flaunts on snapchat with different romantic emojis, is a ‘low-key’ display of affection between him and his new found lover. We also gathered that the “D” on Avril’s instagram profile stands for Davido who owns her heart and crowned him her king.

To further confirm Davido’s relationship with Miss Avril, one of Davido-led HKN gang members, Danagog gave her a shoutout to celebrate her birthday on instagram:“Happy birthday my nigga @avril_sucre. Sorry it’s coming late. Please keep our KING safe for us…Oooshey!”
