I was within the Abeokuta Metropolis this afternoon when I saw FRSC Special Marshals on duty checking Motorists' License. Is this constitutionally appropriate? Are they empowered to do that?

Well, maybe I am less informed, I would want to push this out to you all and let's all learn. Because I must confess, I got irritated seeing the Marshall shouting at the man to bring out his license.

Most people in this country seems to be intoxicated with a little dose of power whenever they are giving the grace to exercise it.
