I have got this taught on my mind for a while now, I will like to read everyone views about it, for more clarity, can a D.E applicant of a Nigerian university be admited into another department in it own faculty. For instance one studies marketing in the polytechnic, and decides to study buss admin in the university, or buss Admin in polytechnic and accountancy in the university, since both courses are still in the same sphere.
