The tenants beat the boy, pursue am comot from the house. 4. The landlord send another of him boy, them beat am like thief am pursue am comot from the compound.
5. The landlord come send him strongest boy wey resemble bouncer but him tenants no fear. Them still panelbeat the guy pursue am comot from the whole area. 6. Na that time the landlord know sey the matter don pass play-play.
7. Him vex call him pikin tell am sey "Junior, those our tenants for Naija no gree pay their rent o! E be like sey na vawulence them want! I go give them real vawulence!" 8. Junior kneel down say "Baba mi, e never reach like that abeg. Make I go there by myself go reason with them. Them go pay us."
9. Na so Junior rush go Naija make him help him papa collect their money. 10. As him enter the area dey waka com him papa house, one tenant sight am from window, shout "Make una come o! No be Landlord pikin I dey see so?"
11. "Ye! Na Oga Landlord pikin o!" the other tenants put hand for head. "We don die today!"
12. "Who don die? Why una dey cap like jew-men? Na him go die today."
13. "Haaa!" one woman for there shock "Wetin you dey talk? You dey..."
14. "Shut up jor! Use your Number Six. Landlord dey abroad and him don old. If we delete this him pikin, this fine house & this big compound go become our own. Una dey feel me?"
15. Na so all the tenants nod their head, run go hide for different corners of the compound, dey wait for their landlord pikin to enter the house. 16. As him dey knock for one door, them hold am, tie him mouth, "Ole!" them slap am, "Thief!" them blow am, "Armed robber!" them naked am, drag am go backyard, put tire for him neck, pour fuel for him body, burn am.
17. Them turn their landlord pikin to burnt-offering for Naija that day.
18. Later, the tenants renovate the four-storey building name am Junior's Lodge. Later later, their children build other houses inside the compound name am Junior's Compound. 19. If na you be the landlord, na wetin you go do this tenants & their children?
