It was not a trailer neither did the accident happened at Eke Awka. I was an eye witness. A luxury bus failed brake along Zik Avenue, the road leading to Eke Awka. The ill fated luxury bus failed brake from St John of God descending to Eke Awka and halted at the post office. As a result, many vehicles including tricycles Keke Napep were seriously damaged. FRSC officers and Police were there to evacuate the injured to the hospital. No of casualties are yet to be ascertained. It was such a terrible accident causing heavy traffic gridlock. The saving grace was a jeep and street light it badly damaged which halted the bus otherwise, it could have reached Eke Awka round about. No one could imagine the death tolls if it had ram into people buying and selling at the round about.

Was it really from St John of God or Nkwo Amaeyi? Heard it was such a terrible incident. God help us and quick recovery to those injured

I was at the scene where the bus halted. People coming down said it started from St John God where the impact of the accident was terrible compared to the ones around the post office area. Very terrible I must say.
